Ceramic Cylinder Liners is a high-performance component designed for mud pumps in demanding drilling applications. It features a dual-layer construction: a 45# carbon steel outer sleeve provides robust structural support, while a zirconia ceramic inner sleeve delivers exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and high-pressure tolerance. This liner also exhibits superior corrosion and high-temperature resistance, ensuring reliable operation and a service life of over 4000 hours even in harsh downhole conditions.
Advantages
* Corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, able to work in various drilling mud, non-excavation mud or other highly corrosive media.
* High hardness, good wear resistance, can resist the grinding or erosion of various sharp or abrasive solid particles in high-pressure mud, such as: cuttings, quartz sand, iron ore, iron filings, etc.
* The microstructure of ceramics is uniform, the surface gloss is high, and the roughness of the working surface is generally ≤0.3mm, which is beneficial to improve the life of the piston.
